Q: What type of immigration services do you provide?
I know immigration can be confusing, stressful and full of legal jargon. That’s why I have put together answers to some of the most common questions I get asked. If you still need help, feel free to contact me or book a consultation.
Q: What type of immigration services do you provide?
I offer a full range of UK immigration services—from student and family visas to business immigration, nationality, stateless cases, appeals and judicial reviews.
Q: Do you only help people from the Punjabi or South Asian community?
Not at all. While I am a proud advocate for the Punjabi community, my services are open to everyone. I represent clients from all backgrounds and nationalities.
Q: How do I know which visa I need?
That’s what I am here for. Every case is different. Book a consultation and I will walk you through your options based on your goals and circumstances.
Q: Can you help me get a visa to study in the UK?
Yes. I help students with everything from choosing the right course and institution to applying for the correct visa type, including post-study work routes.
Q: What if my student visa is refused?
If you have been refused, don’t panic. I can assess your refusal letter and advise you on your appeal or reapplication options.
Q: Can I bring my parents or dependents to the UK?
Yes, in some cases. I handle Adult Dependent Visas and PBS Dependent Visas. These applications can be complex, so proper legal guidance is key.
Q: What if I have been refused a visit or marriage visa?
I specialise in visa refusals and appeals. Let me review your case and I will build a strong challenge if possible.
Q: Do you work with employers and entrepreneurs?
Absolutely. I help businesses with sponsor licenses, skilled worker sponsorships and support entrepreneurs through the Innovator routes.
Q: Can I get a work visa without a job offer?
Some routes, like the India Young Professionals Scheme, don’t require a job offer. I will help you find the best fit.
Q: How do I apply for British citizenship?
There are different paths depending on your history in the UK. I will guide you through naturalisation, registration (for children) or other available routes.
Q: What if I am stateless or my children have no nationality?
I have led landmark cases in this area. If you or your family are stateless, I can help secure legal status and open the door to permanent residency.
Q: My application was refused—can you help?
Yes. I have a strong track record in appeals. Whether it’s a visa, asylum or human rights refusal, I will assess your case and fight for a reversal.
Q: What’s the difference between an appeal and a judicial review?
An appeal challenges the decision based on merit. A judicial review challenges the lawfulness of the decision itself. I will help you understand which option suits your situation.
Q: Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, I offer free initial consultations. During this session, I will provide practical, focused advice to help you understand your options.
Still Have Questions?
No two cases are the same. If you didn’t find your answer here, just reach out.
